Shipping

We ship orders with the following courier services:

• Canada Post
• FedEx
• Purolator
• UPS

Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Delivery times may vary for rural or inaccessible areas. Tracking numbers will be forwarded to you as soon as they become available. Orders usually ship out same day if received before 1:00 pm (PST). The customer will be informed of any shipping delay before payment is processed.

Flat Fee

We charge a flat shipping fee of only $7.95 for all orders. Additional cost may be added to orders shipped to rural or inaccessible areas or rush orders which require faster shipping. The customer will be informed of any additional shipping cost before payment is processed.

Store Pickups

Carbon Copy Laser is not a retail store. We unfortunately do not offer store pickups.

Warranty and Returns

All Remanufactured or Generic toner cartridges are under warranty for one full year from date of original purchase. This warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship. Any misuse or tampering of the product will void the warranty. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) warranties are offered by the original manufacturer, not Carbon Copy Laser. Please contact the original manufacturer if any warranty issues arise.

Carbon Copy Laser have a strict return policy for any product. No product shall be returned for a cash refund. A store credit will be applied to your account. A restocking fee of 25% may be charged on returns that are not warranty related.

No returns on any OEM Xerox product (as per our Xerox distributor). Xerox warranty issues are to be taken up with Xerox, not Carbon Copy Laser. No returns on certain legacy product (as per our distributor). The customer will be informed before payment is processed on any non-returnable items. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. An RMA number must be requested before any item is returned to Carbon Copy Laser. Only returns with a valid RMA number will be accepted.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Due to the current economical climate, our purchasing costs are subject to sudden fluctuation. We do however try to absorb these increases as much as possible. The customer will be informed of any unexpected price increase that is not reflected in our pricing before payment is processed.
